Prepress processing device
• Principle: Clean the surface of the pen holder to make it easier to absorb ink, or roughen the surface of the pen holder.
• Structure: Usually includes cleaning brushes, plasma treatment equipment, etc. The cleaning brush removes dust and oil, and the plasma treatment equipment can change the chemical properties of the pen holder surface.
• Function: Improve the ink adhesion effect and ensure the quality of silk screen printing.
Silk screen printing device
• Principle: The scraper squeezes the ink through the mesh of the silk screen and transfers the pattern to the pen holder.
• Structure: It is mainly composed of screen, scraper, scraper, screen frame and printing platform. The screen has a pattern template, the scraper pushes the ink, the scraper scrapes off the excess ink, the screen frame fixes the screen, and the printing platform places the pen holder.
• Function: Print the designed pattern accurately on the pen holder.
Ink drying device
• Principle: The solvent in the ink is evaporated by heating, blowing or ultraviolet irradiation, so that the ink is quickly dried and cured.
• Structure: There are hot air blowers, infrared dryers, ultraviolet curing lamps and other equipment. The hot air blower accelerates the drying of the ink through hot air, the infrared dryer uses infrared radiation to dry the ink, and the ultraviolet curing lamp is suitable for the curing of UV ink.
• Function: Speed up the drying speed of the ink, improve production efficiency, and prevent the ink from getting dirty.
Feeding device
• Principle: Remove the printed pen holder from the printing position for collection or subsequent packaging.
• Structure: Common ones include conveyor belts, robotic arms, slides, etc. The conveyor belt directly transports the pen holders to the collection area, the robot arm can accurately grab and place the pen holders, and the slideway allows the pen holders to slide naturally.
• Function: Collect the printed pen holders in an orderly manner to complete the printing process.
