The flat hot stamping machine for ultra-high products mainly works based on the principle of hot pressing transfer. Structure
• Body frame: It has sufficient height and stability to accommodate ultra-high products for hot stamping operations. It is generally made of high-strength metal materials to ensure that the machine will not shake or deform during operation.
• Hot stamping plate: It is mostly made of metals such as copper and zinc, and its surface is engraved with patterns or texts that need to be hot stamped. The hot stamping plate is connected to the heating system, which can quickly reach and maintain the required hot stamping temperature.

• Pressure adjustment: By adjusting the lead screw under the workbench, the distance between the workbench and the hot plate can be adjusted. The hot stamping pressure should ensure that the hot stamping foil is perfectly transferred to the product surface, but it should not be too large, otherwise it will damage the pneumatic components of the machine. • Substrate platform: used to place ultra-high products. The platform generally has the function of adjusting height and levelness to adapt to products of different sizes and shapes, while ensuring that the product remains stable during the hot stamping process.

Application︰
When choosing a hot stamping machine, the following factors should be considered: 1) The size of the product The basic requirement for the size of the product is to be able to place the product on the workbench completely. If your product is relatively small and the products involved in the future are not large, it is not recommended to buy a large-size hot stamping machine. If your product size is relatively Large, but the bronzing area is relatively small, you can consider installing a larger-sized workbench on the small-sized bronzing machine; 2) Bronzing area The hot stamping area is the most important parameter of the hot stamping machine. The size of the hot stamping plate actually determines the hot stamping area.
