Principle
When the hot stamping machine is used for hot stamping of products with a height of more than 300mm, if the product itself is a solid structure and a cantilevered workbench cannot be selected, the height of the workbench adjustment must be increased to ensure that the distance between the workbench and the hot stamping plate can accommodate the product itself. When making the fixture, it is also necessary to ensure that the product will not shake or tilt.
Like the principle of the hot stamping machine, it also uses heat and pressure to transfer the metal coating on the hot stamping film to the product with the help of a metal plate or a silicone rubber plate.
Structure
• Height adjustment mechanism: The height can be adjusted by a 300mm lead screw, which can accurately control the distance between the hot stamping plate and the substrate to adapt to household appliance housings of different thicknesses, such as refrigerator armrests, air conditioner housings, etc.
• Automatic paper collection and release system: including paper collection rollers and paper release rollers, which can automatically complete the transportation and recovery of hot stamping foil, improve production efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
• Hot stamping plate: usually made of metals such as copper or zinc, with patterns or texts to be stamped engraved on it. After heating, it contacts the hot stamping foil to transfer the pattern to the substrate.
• Heating and pressure system: The heating system can use electric heating or other heating methods to provide a suitable temperature for the hot stamping plate; the pressure system applies pressure through a cylinder or other mechanical structure to ensure a good hot stamping effect.
