Working principle

Application︰
The TV frame has a large external size, and usually requires pad printing of the logo on the edge. Monochrome pad printing generally has no problem. However, two-color pad printing must avoid using a two-color pad printer in which two rubber heads fall at the same time. When the rubber heads fall at the same time, one of the rubber heads can easily print one of the colors that does not need to be printed on the blank area of the TV frame. In order to avoid this situation, it is necessary to choose a two-color pad printer with the rubber head independently controlling the falling. The printing of one color will not affect the printing of another color. Pad printers were originally designed for small-size products, but the pad printers are now facing larger and larger products. There are two structures on the market, one is an open oil pan structure, and the other is a closed oil cup structure. 4) Pad printing system: It is a device that transfers ink to the product. It is composed of one or more sets of rubber head devices. The rubber head device changes position on the printing plate and the product. Its movement can be controlled by pneumatic or servo motor. 5) Power source: Most pad printers are driven by pneumatic components, so air compressors are required to provide compressed air.
