Structure
• Pneumatic system: It consists of cylinder, air pipeline, valve and barometer. Compressed air is transmitted to the cylinder through the air pipeline, the valve controls the gas in and out, and the barometer displays the air pressure. This system provides power support for hot stamping.
• Hot stamping components: It mainly includes hot stamping plate and heating device. There are fine patterns or texts on the hot stamping plate. The heating device makes the hot stamping plate reach the appropriate temperature, so that hot stamping materials such as electrochemical aluminum foil can be attached to the card or cover.
• Positioning mechanism: Greeting cards and invitations are placed on the workbench and positioned. The positioning mechanism is generally composed of a ruler that can move freely forward and backward and left and right. After the greeting cards and invitations are positioned correctly, the ruler is fixed to ensure that each hot stamping is in the same position.
