Application︰
The main action of the hot stamping machine is that the hot plate moves up and down. When the hot plate touches the product or the workbench, a strong pressure is formed. Base structure︰
1. Workbench:
It is the place where the fixture and product are placed. It is usually forged and processed from high-strength steel.
2. Pneumatic system: It is usually composed of air source, solenoid valve, cylinder and related pneumatic components. According to the process requirements, the cylinder is controlled by the solenoid valve to perform the up and down of the hot plate and the in and out of the workbench.
3. Hot stamping system: It is composed of a hot stamping head and a heating system. The hot stamping head is made of high-strength heat-resistant steel plate, and a heating plate or heating tube is installed inside.
