Structure

• Transmission system: Common methods include motor-driven ball screw transmission, synchronous belt transmission or gear rack transmission, which can accurately control the speed and position of the workbench. In addition, some screen printers are also equipped with guide rails or sliders to ensure the smoothness and straightness of the workbench movement.
• Control system: The core component is a controller such as PLC or single-chip microcomputer, which receives sensor signals and controls the automatic entry and exit of the workbench according to the preset program to achieve precise positioning and motion control.
