Structural composition

Working principle
Place the plastic turnover box on the workbench, fix the position through the positioning device, the control system starts the heating device to heat the hot stamping plate to the set temperature, the hydraulic system drives the hot stamping plate to press down, so that the hot stamping plate is in close contact with the electrochemical aluminum foil placed on the turnover box. Under certain pressure and temperature, the hot melt resin layer and adhesive on the electrochemical aluminum foil melt, and the aluminum layer is transferred to the surface of the turnover box to form a hot stamping pattern or text.
