Working Principle
The pad printer mainly relies on the rubber head to dip the ink provided by the oil cup to transfer the pattern etched on the printing plate to the surface of objects such as perfume bottles, cosmetic bottles, and electronic accessories. When working, the oil cup first supplies the ink to the corresponding position of the printing plate. After the rubber head descends to dip the ink, it accurately transfers the ink pattern to the object on the 8-station turntable workbench. The robot unloading is responsible for removing the printed objects. The whole process is connected in an orderly manner to achieve efficient printing.

• Ink supply method of the oil cup:
• The ink supply method of the oil cup can stably and accurately provide ink to the printing plate, effectively control the amount of ink, and avoid too much or too little ink affecting the printing quality.
• Compared with other ink supply methods, it can better maintain the cleanliness and uniformity of the ink, so that the ink state of the rubber head is more consistent each time, thereby ensuring the clarity and color stability of the transfer pattern.
• Robot unloading:
• The robot unloading function can realize automatic and precise object grabbing and placement, replacing manual operation, improving unloading speed and accuracy, and reducing labor costs.
