Structural composition
1. Product conveying and positioning system:
• A variety of conveying methods are designed for products of different shapes and sizes, such as eyebrow pencils, lipsticks, markers, pencils, etc. For example, for pencils, conveyor belts with card slots are often used to smoothly convey pencils; while products with special shapes such as eyebrow pencils and lipsticks will be equipped with suitable clamps or positioning molds to accurately fix the products and accurately deliver them to the corresponding stations to ensure that the product position is stable and does not shift during the thermal transfer process.
2. Transfer film conveying and alignment system:
• Transfer film conveying device: responsible for conveying the thermal transfer film with a preset pattern to the transfer station in an orderly manner, and can accurately control the conveying speed, tension and other parameters of the transfer film to ensure that the transfer film moves smoothly and at a uniform speed, avoiding wrinkles, excessive stretching and other situations that affect the transfer effect.
• Alignment device: Use technologies such as photoelectric sensors to achieve precise alignment between the transfer film and the product. Whether the product is a slender marker or a small lipstick, the pattern on the transfer film can accurately correspond to the part of the product that needs to be decorated, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the transfer pattern.
3. Heating and pressure application system:
• Heating components: Generally adopt heating plates, heating rollers, etc., which can quickly heat up and provide heat evenly. The appropriate heating temperature can be adjusted according to the material of different products (such as plastic material of eyebrow pencils, wood of pencils, etc.), so that the transfer materials such as ink and pigment on the transfer film are fully activated at a suitable temperature, which is convenient for transfer to the surface of the product.
• Pressure application components: Through structures such as cylinders and mechanical pressure rollers, stable and appropriate pressure is applied to the contact area between the transfer film and the product to ensure that the transfer film and the product surface are fully fitted, so that the transfer pattern can be completely and firmly attached to the product, and achieve high-quality transfer effects.
4. Control system:
• Most of them are built based on PLC (programmable logic controller). With the touch screen operation interface, operators can easily set various parameters such as heating temperature, pressure size, transfer time, product conveying speed, and transfer film conveying speed. At the same time, it also has the function of storing different product transfer programs, which is convenient for quickly switching the transfer process of different products, and can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time. Once a fault occurs, an alarm will be issued in time.
5. Body and auxiliary components:
• The body is made of solid metal materials to ensure the overall stability of the equipment, reduce vibration and shaking during operation, and create good conditions for accurate thermal transfer. In addition, there are some auxiliary components such as heat dissipation devices (for heat dissipation of heating components) and guide components (to assist the accurate delivery of products and transfer films) to further improve the performance and reliability of the equipment.
Working principle
First, the product is sent to the thermal transfer station through the product delivery and positioning system. At the same time, the transfer film delivery and alignment system accurately delivers the thermal transfer film and accurately aligns it with the product. Then, the heating and pressure application system starts to work, the heating component heats the contact area between the transfer film and the product to the set temperature, and the pressure application component applies the corresponding pressure, so that the ink, pigment, etc. on the transfer film are transferred to the product surface under high temperature and high pressure to form the desired pattern or decorative effect. After that, the transfer film is separated from the product, and the product that has completed the thermal transfer is sent out. The equipment can cycle the above operations to achieve continuous production.
