Workflow

• Hot stamping operation: At the workstation, the heating device of the hot stamping system heats the hot stamping template to the appropriate temperature, and then presses the hot stamping template down to make the hot stamping foil in close contact with the seal. Under the set pressure and time conditions, the number and other patterns are transferred to the seal.
• Shuttle transfer: When the hot stamping operation of one station is completed, the shuttle system quickly moves the hot stamping component to another station for hot stamping. At the same time, the station that has completed hot stamping can feed the next batch of seals.
