Application︰
The UV curing of large-diameter products requires a large-sized curved surface UV curing machine. The principle is the same as that of the standard curved surface UV curing machine. The product is placed on the tray of the conveyor belt, and the tray enters the UV curing unit along with the conveyor belt. UV curing of large-diameter products may require higher UV intensity, and the rotation of the product requires more uniformity. The transmission should also be driven by a more powerful motor.
