• Full servo motion control:
• All key action links, including the up and down movement of the screen and the left and right scraping of the scraper, are driven and controlled by the servo motor. The servo motor has high-precision position control and speed control capabilities, and with the precise encoder feedback system, it can control the movement accuracy of each component within a very small error range.
• Touch screen operation:
• Equipped with an intuitive and convenient touch screen operation interface, it abandons the cumbersome key operation mode. On the touch screen, various functional options are clear at a glance, and operators can easily complete parameter settings, mode selection, equipment start and stop and other operations.
Working principle
The screen printer has a high repetition accuracy. When CMYK four-color printing is required, one color can be overprinted with another color by replacing the screen and ink until all four colors are completed. Complete the overprinting of four colors: cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black (K) in sequence. During the whole process, the parameters set by the touch screen operation interface accurately control the movement and cooperation of each component to ensure the precision of four-color overprinting.
