Structure:

1. Frame: As the supporting frame of the whole machine, it is generally made of high-quality steel frame structure or alloy cast aluminum structure, which is durable and lightweight. The surface is often treated with high-temperature paint to prevent rust and corrosion.
2. Turntable system: It consists of a turntable, a split drive device, etc. Several tooling tools are evenly distributed around the upper surface of the turntable for placing the workpiece to be printed. The split drive device usually includes a drive motor and a cam divider. The output shaft of the drive motor is connected to the input shaft of the cam divider. The output shaft of the cam divider drives the turntable to rotate intermittently, thereby achieving accurate division and positioning of the workpiece.
3. Pad printing mechanism: It is the core part to realize the printing function. It is generally fixed to the frame through a mounting frame. It mainly includes pad printing rubber head, oil cup, Y-axis drive cylinder, X-axis drive cylinder, pattern steel plate and other components.
4. Ink supply system: The ink cup is used to store ink and evenly apply the ink on the pattern steel plate, and scrape off the excess ink so that the ink remains only in the groove pattern of the steel plate, so that the pad printing head can accurately absorb the ink.

5. Control system: Generally, a microcomputer controller or a PLC controller is used to achieve precise control of various actions of the pad printing machine, such as the rotation of the turntable, the lifting and movement of the pad printing head, the operation of the ink supply system, etc. Parameters such as printing speed, number of prints, and delay time can also be set to meet different printing needs.

6. Loading and unloading device: Common loading methods include vibrating material selection tray with feeding trough and automatic loading by manipulator. The unloading device includes robot unloading, unloading ramp, etc., which can automatically transport the printed workpiece to the designated position to realize automated production and improve production efficiency.
