1. Structural composition
• Slant-arm system:
The slant arm is a key part of the equipment, usually made of metal materials such as aluminum alloy to ensure its strength and durability. The slant arm is connected to the machine body through a precise shaft and can flexibly swing up and down. This movement mode enables the screen printing plate to accurately cover the printing area, and the movement accuracy of the slant arm is high, which can accurately control the printing position, and the positioning accuracy can reach about ±0.1mm.
• Printing system:
Screen device: The screen is installed on the grid, and the cam mechanism fixed on the transmission shaft performs continuous swinging action, and the operator can place and remove the product.
Scraper and ink return plate: The actions of the scraper and ink return plate are just opposite, and they are controlled by different cylinders to scrape and return ink respectively. The scraper and ink return plate move forward and backward along the screen at the same time. Most of them are guided by guide shafts, and some machines are guided by linear guide rails.
• Vacuum table system:
The vacuum table is a platform for placing substrates (such as flat materials). Its surface is flat and smooth, usually made of metal or tempered glass. The vacuum table is equipped with a vacuum channel and an exhaust device inside. The vacuum forms a negative pressure by exhausting air, and the substrate is firmly adsorbed on the table surface to ensure that the substrate will not move during the printing process. Even thin materials can be well fixed. The adsorption force can be adjusted according to the nature and size of the material.
• Control system:
Based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or industrial computer control system, it is operated through a touch screen operation interface. Parameters such as the movement speed of the inclined arm, the pressure of the squeegee, the intensity of vacuum adsorption, and the number of printings can be set. It also has a fault alarm function. When the equipment has problems such as motor failure and vacuum leakage, it can issue an alarm in time to facilitate repair and maintenance.
2. Working principle:
First, place the substrate on the vacuum table and turn on the vacuum adsorption device to fix the substrate firmly. Then put the ink into the ink tank and transport the ink to the screen printing plate through the ink pump (if any). Next, operate the inclined arm to move the screen printing plate to the appropriate position above the substrate. Driven by the control system, the scraper moves on the plate at the set pressure and speed, squeezing the ink from the image part of the plate onto the substrate to complete a printing. After that, the ink return plate scrapes back the excess ink, and the inclined arm drives the plate back to the initial position to prepare for the next printing. During the entire printing process, the vacuum table always maintains adsorption on the substrate to ensure that its position remains unchanged.
3. Features and advantages

The combination of the precise motion control of the inclined arm and the high-precision screen printing plate can print images with precise position, clear patterns and bright colors on flat substrates. The adsorption effect of the vacuum table ensures the stability of the substrate and further improves the printing accuracy. It has a good effect on printing complex patterns, fine text and other contents.
• Wide range of applications:
It can be used for printing various flat materials, such as paper, plastic film, circuit boards, etc. For materials of different sizes and thicknesses, as long as they can be placed on the vacuum table, they can be printed by adjusting the vacuum adsorption force and printing parameters, which has strong versatility.
• Good material fixing effect:
The vacuum table can effectively fix the substrate, avoiding printing defects caused by material movement during the printing process, especially suitable for thin, soft or uneven surface materials, ensuring the stability of printing quality.
• Convenient and flexible operation:
The oblique arm design makes the operation of the screen printing plate more flexible, and the operator can easily adjust the printing position and angle according to the shape and pattern layout of the substrate. At the same time, the parameter setting of the control system is intuitive and simple, easy to operate and master.
• Efficient and stable:
The equipment has a reasonable structure, stable operation, and can work continuously for a long time. Its efficient printing method and stable performance help to improve production efficiency and reduce production delays caused by equipment failure or printing quality problems.
