1. Working Principle
• This screen printer works based on the principle of screen printing. It uses a screen printing plate. The mesh holes of the image part on the printing plate can pass through the ink, while the mesh holes of the non-image part cannot. When printing, pour the UV LED ink into one end of the screen printing plate, and apply a certain pressure to the ink part through the scraper and move it. Under the extrusion of the scraper, the ink is squeezed from the mesh holes of the image part to the cosmetic plastic cover. As the scraper moves, the imprint will be fixed on the plastic cover, completing a printing. The UV LED part is used to cure the ink. The UV LED light source emits ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength, which are irradiated on the ink, causing the ink to cure instantly and form a firm pattern.
2. Equipment structural features
• Vertical turntable design:
• The vertical structure saves space and is convenient for operators to perform operations such as loading, monitoring and maintenance. The turntable is a key component. It is placed vertically, and the cosmetic plastic cover is placed on each station of the turntable. The turntable rotates at a constant speed, driving the plastic caps to pass through different working areas such as the loading area, printing area, UV LED curing area and unloading area in turn, realizing a fully automated continuous production process.
• The number of workstations on the turntable can be designed according to actual production needs. For example, some equipment has 6-12 workstations, and each workstation has a precise positioning device to ensure that the plastic caps can be accurately positioned in each link, providing guarantee for high-precision printing and curing.
• Automatic loading and unloading system:
• The automatic loading system can quickly and efficiently transport the cosmetic plastic caps to the initial position of the turntable. Usually, the vibration plate loading method is adopted, and the messy plastic caps are arranged in order by vibration and transported to the turntable one by one. The unloading system will automatically remove the plastic caps that have been screen printed and cured, and arrange them neatly at the discharge port, which is convenient for subsequent packaging and other processes.
• UV LED curing system:
• The use of UV LED light source has many advantages over the traditional UV lamp curing method. It has a fast curing speed and can completely cure the ink in a short time, which improves production efficiency. Moreover, the wavelength and intensity of the UV LED light source can be precisely adjusted according to different ink formulas to achieve the best curing effect. At the same time, this light source is more energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and has a longer service life.

From the loading, printing to curing and unloading of the plastic cover, the entire process does not require excessive human intervention, and the machine can work continuously and stably.
