1. Automatic positioning system

3. Servo screen printing system
• Servo drive principle: The servo screen printing system uses servo motors to control key printing actions such as the lifting and lowering of the screen and the movement of the scraper. The servo motor has high-precision position control and speed control capabilities, and can accurately drive the screen to descend and contact the product according to the set parameters, and control the scraper to move on the screen at a uniform speed and pressure, transferring the ink through the mesh of the screen to the webbing or narrow strip products.
• Improved printing quality: Through the precise control of the servo motor, more refined printing effects can be achieved. For example, when printing fine patterns or text, the servo screen printing system can accurately adjust the movement trajectory and speed of the scraper, making the ink distribution more uniform, the lines of the pattern clearer and sharper, and improving the resolution and quality of the printing.
4. Touch screen operation

On the touch screen, operators can easily set and adjust various parameters of the screen printer, such as printing speed, printing pressure, scraper stroke, positioning accuracy, temperature and speed of the IR curing tunnel furnace, etc.
• Function display and monitoring: The touch screen can also display the operating status of the equipment, fault alarm information, and the set values and actual values of various parameters in real time. This allows operators to understand the working conditions of the equipment in a timely manner, and respond quickly when abnormalities occur, which facilitates the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
5. IR curing tunnel furnace
• Curing principle: The IR curing tunnel furnace uses infrared radiation to cure the ink of printed ribbons and narrow strip products. When the product passes through the tunnel oven, infrared rays can penetrate the ink layer, causing the solvent in the ink to evaporate quickly, and the resin and other components to undergo cross-linking reactions, thereby causing the ink to dry and solidify quickly.
• Advantages of curing effect: This curing method is efficient and uniform. Compared with traditional natural drying or hot air drying methods, the IR curing tunnel oven can greatly shorten the ink curing time and improve production efficiency. At the same time, due to the uniform radiation of infrared rays, it can ensure that the ink is uniformly cured on the entire product surface, enhance the adhesion and wear resistance of the ink, and improve the quality and durability of the printed product.
6. Automatic winding device
• Winding process: After printing and curing, the automatic winding device automatically collects the ribbon or narrow strip product into a roll. It drives the winding roller through a motor to wind up the product with a stable tension. During the winding process, the speed and tension of the winding can also be automatically adjusted according to the thickness and roll diameter of the product to ensure the neatness and tightness of the winding.
• Improved production efficiency: The automatic winding device reduces manual intervention and improves the degree of automation of the production process.
