结构组成
• 打印头:热升华打印机的打印头一般是含有数以万计半导体加热元件的转鼓,上面安装有青、品红、黄、黑四种颜色的固体颜料色卷,这些加热元件可将固体颜料直接升华成气态.
• 耗材组件:包括耗材支架、色带收卷轴、色带释放轴、色带和打印片材。耗材支架设有容片槽和出片间隙,色带收卷轴和色带释放轴用于装载并移动色带,且色带收卷轴位于色带释放轴前方.
• 打印机构:由上至下相对布设热敏头和打印辊,色带和打印片材从二者之间通过,打印时二者紧密配合,使色带上的颜料升华后转印到打印片材上.
• 弹性抵接机构:固接于框架底部,设有两个弹性臂,当耗材组件装入时,弹性臂顶抵打印片材底部,防止其前端下垂,确保顺利出片.
• 传动机构:带动打印片材移动,使打印片材能在打印机内按设定的速度和路径传输,保证打印的准确性和连贯性.
• 控制电路:负责控制打印头的加热温度、打印片材的传输、色带的移动等操作,确保各部件协调工作,实现 打印。
工作原理
• 颜料升华:打印时,打印头的半导体加热元件升温,将色带上的固体颜料升华成气态,每个加热元件可调节256种温度,以此控制色彩比例和浓淡程度,实现连续色调的真彩照片效果.
• 色彩转印:气态颜料被喷射到打印介质上,由于颜料是通过升华过程气相施加到纸张上的,三种基色相互融合形成连续色阶,打印效果比喷墨打印的墨滴更好,色彩过渡平滑自然.
• 多次打印:热升华打印过程中,青、品红、黄三种色彩不是同时打印,打印介质需经过打印机3次,每次使用一种颜色打印,通过三次打印组合成所需色彩.
• 附膜保护:部分热升华打印机在三次上色后,还有附膜过程,即使用色带上的特殊材料升华并附着于纸面,形成保护膜,起到防氧化变色、防水、防指纹等作用.
