Principle
• Flat creasing machine: Through the upper and lower pressing plates, the upper pressing plate applies pressure and the lower pressing plate serves as support. When leather items are placed between the two, the pressure is used to form an indentation on the leather surface to achieve a decorative or shaping effect.
• Hot stamping machine: Place the hot stamping foil between the leather and the hot stamping plate. After the hot stamping plate is heated to a certain temperature, the hot stamping layer on the hot stamping foil is transferred to the leather surface under pressure to complete the hot stamping process.
Structure
• Body: The sturdy metal structure provides stable support for the indentation and hot stamping operations and ensures that the pressure is evenly applied.
• Pressure system: Including a cylinder booster device, which can generate a large pressure to meet the needs of indentation and hot stamping of leather items. This system is particularly important for leather products with high pressure requirements.
• Heating system (hot stamping machine): Usually composed of a heating plate or a heating tube, it can quickly heat the hot stamping plate to a suitable temperature and can accurately control the temperature to ensure the hot stamping effect.
• Pressing plate or hot stamping plate: The surface of the pressing plate is smooth and flat, and is used for indentation; the hot stamping plate is made according to the pattern or text to be stamped. The material is mostly metal such as copper or zinc. Since leather is soft, the thickness of the metal plate and the depth of the font should be appropriately deepened.
• Workbench: A platform for placing leather items. Some workbenches are also equipped with positioning devices to facilitate accurate placement of items and ensure accurate indentation or hot stamping positions.
