Principle
By electrically heating the hot stamping head, the glue layer of the hot stamping paper is combined with the surface of objects such as cups, hoses, and syringes under the action of temperature and pressure, so that the pattern or text on the hot stamping paper is transferred to the object.
Structure
• Turntable system: The vertical turntable is the core component, and multiple stations are evenly distributed around the turntable, such as loading, positioning, hot stamping, unloading, etc., which can achieve continuous and efficient operation.
• Clamping and positioning device: According to the shape and size of cups, hoses, and syringes, different clamping mechanisms are used, such as pneumatic clamps, mechanical clamps, etc., to ensure that the object is stable and does not move during the hot stamping process.
• Hot stamping head assembly: The hot stamping head is usually an adjustable structure, which can adjust the angle and height according to the hot stamping part and the size of the pattern. The internal heating element can heat up quickly and accurately control the temperature, and the temperature range is generally between 0℃-300℃.
• Feeding and unloading device: There are various feeding methods. Regular objects such as cups and syringes are often fed by vibration plates or conveyor belts, while hoses are mostly fed by special guide grooves or rollers. Unloading can be done by blowing, conveyor belts or manipulators.
• Control system: With PLC as the core and a touch screen operation interface, it can set parameters such as hot stamping speed, temperature, pressure, time, etc. It also has functions such as fault alarm and automatic detection.
