1. Working principle

• Flat UV curing machine mainly uses ultraviolet light (UV) to cure the ink printed by the offset printing machine. There is a UV lamp inside (UV-LED light source in UV-LED curing machine). Under the stimulation of ultraviolet light, the photoinitiator in the ink produces free radicals or cations.
