Principle
There are many types of screen printers that can print chessboards. Pneumatic screen printers and electric screen printers can be used. First, make a screen printing plate containing a chessboard pattern, install it on the screen frame of the screen printer, pour ink into one end of the screen, operate the machine, and move the scraper on the screen so that the ink leaks from the mesh of the screen to the Go board or chess board below, thereby forming a pattern.
Structure
• Screen printing machine structure: mainly composed of screen device, scraper device, printing platform, operating system, etc. The screen is the core component, which contains the graphic information to be printed. The graphic information is provided by the customer. The screen will receive the instructions of the operation panel and move up and down along the linear guide. After contacting the chessboard, the scraper and ink return knife perform printing and ink return actions; the printing platform is used to fix the chessboard. Paper or plastic chessboards can be positioned by suction, and metal and wooden chessboards can be positioned by fixtures. The operating system is generally controlled by a microcomputer panel and circuit, which is responsible for issuing various printing instructions to the printing device.
