The structure of the pneumatic flat screen printer is relatively simple. It consists of a workbench, a screen frame structure, an operation panel and an air circuit system. When the router and the fixture made according to the routing machine are placed on the workbench, the machine is operated to lower the screen, and then the scraper moves on the screen surface to squeeze the ink. The ink will leak through the mesh onto the router to form a pattern.
Basic principles for selecting a screen printer:
1) Suitable size:
The product's overall size should be smaller than the size of the workbench, and the size of the product's printed pattern should be smaller than the size of the screen printing plate.
2) Suitable accuracy:
For general accuracy requirements, you can choose a pneumatic screen printer. For higher requirements, you can choose an electric screen printer; for high requirements, you can ask for a servo screen printer;
3) Suitable speed:
Semi-automatic screen printers have low output and high operator experience requirements, while automated screen printers have high output and high operator technical requirements. If you have no experience in screen printing technology, you can start with a semi-automatic screen printer. When the output reaches a certain requirement, you can consider an automatic screen printer.
