Structural composition

Workflow
First, the loading system transports the bottle caps to the turntable station; then, the turntable rotates and sends the bottle caps to the hot stamping position, and the silicone roller moves and contacts the bottle caps to perform hot stamping operations on the bottle caps; after the hot stamping is completed, the turntable continues to rotate and sends the hot stamped bottle caps to the unloading position, where they are collected or transported by the unloading system. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous and efficient production.
