結構組成
• 打印頭:熱昇華打印機的打印頭一般是含有數以萬計半導體加熱元件的轉鼓,上面安裝有青、品紅、黃、黑四種顏色的固體顏料色卷,這些加熱元件可將固體顏料直接昇華成氣態.
• 耗材組件:包括耗材支架、色帶收卷軸、色帶釋放軸、色帶和打印片材。耗材支架設有容片槽和出片間隙,色帶收卷軸和色帶釋放軸用於裝載並移動色帶,且色帶收卷軸位於色帶釋放軸前方.
• 打印機構:由上至下相對布設熱敏頭和打印輥,色帶和打印片材從二者之間通過,打印時二者緊密配合,使色帶上的顏料昇華后轉印到打印片材上.
• 彈性抵接機構:固接于框架底部,設有兩個彈性臂,當耗材組件裝入時,彈性臂頂抵打印片材底部,防止其前端下垂,確保順利出片.
• 傳動機構:帶動打印片材移動,使打印片材能在打印機內按設定的速度和路徑傳輸,保証打印的準確性和連貫性.
• 控制電路:負責控制打印頭的加熱溫度、打印片材的傳輸、色帶的移動等操作,確保各部件協調工作,實現 打印。
工作原理
• 顏料昇華:打印時,打印頭的半導體加熱元件升溫,將色帶上的固體顏料昇華成氣態,每個加熱元件可調節256種溫度,以此控制色彩比例和濃淡程度,實現連續色調的真彩照片效果.
• 色彩轉印:氣態顏料被噴射到打印介質上,由於顏料是通過昇華過程氣相施加到紙張上的,三種基色相互融合形成連續色階,打印效果比噴墨打印的墨滴更好,色彩過渡平滑自然.
• 多次打印:熱昇華打印過程中,青、品紅、黃三種色彩不是同時打印,打印介質需經過打印機3次,每次使用一種顏色打印,通過三次打印組合成所需色彩.
• 附膜保護:部分熱昇華打印機在三次上色后,還有附膜過程,即使用色帶上的特殊材料昇華並附着于紙面,形成保護膜,起到防氧化變色、防水、防指紋等作用.
