Structural composition

• Winding system: generally use the air expansion shaft structure, easy to load and unload, with the pneumatic automatic unloading device, the winding is neat and tight, and the winding diameter can reach about 1000mm.

• Control system: with PLC as the core, combined with the touch screen operation interface, the hot stamping temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters can be set and adjusted, and it also has functions such as automatic meter counting and no material alarm.

Working principle

After the coil is unrolled, it is transported to the hot stamping station through the feeding system. Under the command of the control system, the hot stamping system heats and pressurizes the surface of the coil, so that the metal layer on the electrochemical aluminum foil is transferred to the coil to form a hot stamping pattern. Finally, the winding system rolls the hot stamped coil into a finished product.
