• Stainless steel platform guide roller:

• Front and rear adjustable workbench:
• The front and rear positions of the workbench can be flexibly adjusted. Through the adjustment device, the operator can easily change the position of the workbench according to the length of materials such as webbing, different processing requirements, and the convenience of operation, so that the materials can be hot stamped and thermally transferred at the appropriate position, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the processing.
• The surface of the workbench is usually relatively flat, and may be equipped with a positioning device or scale mark to facilitate accurate placement and positioning of the material, further ensuring the consistency of the pattern transfer position during the processing process.
• Automatic winding device:
• It consists of a motor, a reel, a tension control mechanism, etc. The motor provides stable power to drive the reel to rotate, so as to automatically wind up the ribbons, shoelaces and other materials after the hot stamping and heat transfer. The tension control mechanism can monitor and adjust the material tension in the winding process in real time to ensure that the winding is tight and the material will not be deformed or wrinkled due to excessive or insufficient tension.
• Silicone roller hot pressing mechanism:
• The silicone roller is made of high-quality silicone material with good elasticity and high temperature resistance. During the hot pressing process, the silicone roller can fit tightly with materials such as hot stamping paper, heat transfer film and ribbon, and evenly apply pressure, so that the hot stamping foil or heat transfer pattern can be firmly and clearly transferred to the material.
• The hot pressing mechanism can accurately control the parameters such as the pressure, hot pressing temperature (achieved by the heating device) and hot pressing time of the silicone roller to meet the hot stamping and heat transfer requirements of ribbons, shoelaces and ribbons of different materials and thicknesses, and ensure the transfer quality.
• Relay panel operation:
• The relay panel is simple and intuitive to operate, with various control buttons, switches and indicator lights on it. By operating these buttons and switches, the operator can easily control the start and stop of the equipment, the operating status of each component (such as the rotation of the guide roller, the adjustment of the workbench, the start and stop of the winding device, etc.), and adjust key processing parameters (such as hot stamping temperature, time, etc.).
Working principle
First, pass the webbing, shoelaces or ribbons through the stainless steel platform guide roller so that they are transported to the front and rear adjustable workbench along the set path. According to the type of material and processing requirements, place the corresponding hot stamping paper or thermal transfer film on the workbench, and align the material with the hot stamping paper (or thermal transfer film). After starting the equipment, the silicone roller hot stamping mechanism starts to work. When the silicone roller is heated to the appropriate temperature and applies a certain pressure, it hot stamps the material and the hot stamping paper (or thermal transfer film) so that the hot stamping foil or thermal transfer pattern is transferred to the material. After the transfer is completed, the material continues to be transported forward, and the automatic winding device automatically rewinds the processed material.
