Structure

• Printing plate: usually made of aluminum alloy plate, with a honeycomb structure inside. This structure not only ensures the flatness and smoothness of the plate without deformation, but also makes the suction flow uniform, ensuring that the substrate is stably adsorbed during the printing process, which is conducive to accurate printing.

• Printing mechanism: generally composed of screen, scraper and ink-covering knife. The screen is fixed by the screen clamp, and the lifting is mostly driven by cylinder and guided by guide column to achieve fast, silent and accurate lifting, ensuring that the plate spacing meets the printing requirements.

• Drive system: Commonly used are rodless cylinder drives. The printing mechanism driven by rodless cylinders is equipped with an air pressure regulating device to adjust the printing speed.

• Control system: The microcomputer operation circuit is used to achieve stable operation of the machine, easy operation and reliable performance.

Principle

The working principle of the flat screen printer is: place the plastic tool box to be printed on the printing plate and fix it with a clamp. Then, the screen descends to contact the substrate, and the scraper moves on the screen to squeeze the ink through the mesh of the screen to the surface of the plastic tool box to form the desired pattern or text. Then, the ink-covering knife evenly covers the ink on the screen to prepare for the next printing. After printing is completed, the screen rises and the printed plastic tool box is taken out. In the whole process, various components work together to ensure printing quality and efficiency through precise control and adjustment.
