Principle

Structure

• Vacuum system: includes a vacuum pump and a sealing frame, which evacuates air during exposure to make the screen and the film fit tightly to prevent halos and uneven exposure.

How to use

1. Preparation: Clean the exposure table, prepare the screen coated with photosensitive glue and dry, and the prepared negative (positive or negative, depending on the type of photosensitive glue), and check whether the light source and vacuum system of the plate exposure machine are normal.

2. Place the negative and screen: Place the negative on the exposure table with the film facing up, then put it on the screen, turn on the vacuum system, and make the screen fit tightly with the negative.

3. Set the exposure time: Set the exposure time according to factors such as the characteristics of the photosensitive glue, the intensity of the light source, and the thickness of the negative, which generally ranges from tens of seconds to several minutes.

4. Exposure: Start the light source for exposure, keep the equipment stable during the exposure process to avoid vibration affecting the exposure effect.

5. Complete the exposure: After the exposure is completed, turn off the light source and vacuum system, take out the screen, and perform development to obtain the prepared screen.
