How to use

• Preparation: Check whether the equipment is normal, including power supply, light source, heating device, etc.; prepare the screen and corresponding film to be exposed, and ensure that the screen has been coated with photosensitive glue.

• Exposure operation: Put the screen and film into the screen drying machine part, make them fit tightly, and close the exposure chamber door. According to the type of screen and ink, set the exposure time, intensity and other parameters, and start the screen drying machine for exposure operation.

• Drying operation: After the exposure is completed, open the passage between the exposure chamber and the drying box (if any), and transfer the screen to the drying box. Set the drying temperature and time. The general temperature is between 40-60℃. The time depends on the characteristics of the photosensitive adhesive and the thickness of the screen. It usually takes 10-30 minutes. Start the drying box to start drying to completely cure the photosensitive adhesive.

• Subsequent processing: After the drying is completed, take out the screen and perform necessary cleaning or inspection to ensure that the screen can be used for printing normally.
