     Bottled water is the safest type of drinking water for humans. Bottled water used in daily life is generally blow-molded with food-grade polyurethane plastic. 5-gallon plastic barrels are the most common. Printing on the barrel surface is a common decoration method used by drinking water producers.
This automatic two-color shuttle screen printer uses a servo shuttle workbench, a two-color screen printing structure, a UVLED curing device and a touch screen operation panel, which can be used for two-color automatic overprinting of 5-gallon mineral water barrels.
The operator places the plastic barrel on the fixture of the shuttle workbench, first screen prints the first color, and then the shuttle workbench pushes the fixture to the UVLED device for drying. The shuttle workbench continues to push the fixture to the second color screen printing device, and the fixture servo rotation mechanism identifies the first color and drives the screen from the specified starting position to overprint the second color. After overprinting, a second UVLED curing is performed.
The machine adopts an open design, and a third color or even more can be added according to user needs to complete complex color overprinting.
