Structural composition

• Servo drive system: It is the core power part of the equipment. It is driven by a servo motor and can accurately control the movement of each component to achieve high-precision hot stamping positioning and stable running speed, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the hot stamping pattern.

• Hot stamping system: It includes hot stamping plate, heating device, pressure regulating device, etc. The hot stamping plate is engraved with the pattern or text to be hot stamped. The heating device provides the required heat for the hot stamping plate, so that the electrochemical aluminum foil is transferred to the surface of the gift box or paper box at a certain temperature and pressure, forming a clear and firm hot stamping effect.

Working principle

When the equipment is working, the feeding system transports the gift box or paper box to the hot stamping station, the servo drive system accurately controls the relative position of the hot stamping plate and the paper box, the heating device makes the hot stamping plate reach the set temperature, and the pressure regulating device applies appropriate pressure to make the electrochemical aluminum foil fit closely with the surface of the paper box to complete the hot stamping transfer, and then the receiving system collects or transports the hot stamped paper box away.
