This servo drive method can accurately control the distance between the stencil and the substrate, thereby achieving precise adjustment of the printing pressure and ensuring that the ink is evenly and accurately transferred to the substrate.

• Scraper servo left and right:

• The scraper is also driven by a servo motor, and can achieve precise left and right movement under the guidance of a linear guide. Through PLC program control, the scraper's moving speed, stroke length, and number of scraping times can be accurately set to ensure that the ink is evenly distributed and the printed pattern is clear and high-quality during the process of spreading the ink evenly through the screen and transferring it to the substrate through the mesh.

• Linear guide precision control:
