Equipment structure

• Vertical turntable system: driven by a motor, it can realize the smooth conversion of cups between various stations. • Screen printing system: including screen printing plate, scraper and ink return knife and other components. The mesh holes of the graphic part on the printing plate can pass the ink, while the non-graphic part cannot. The scraper scrapes the ink from the printing plate to the surface of the cup, and the ink return knife scrapes the excess ink back to the ink tank.

• UV LED curing system: equipped with UV LED lamp beads, which generate ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength to make the UV ink dry and cure instantly. It has a fast curing speed, low energy consumption, and is environmentally friendly and does not contain harmful substances such as mercury.

• Loading and unloading system: The loading system generally uses a conveyor belt to automatically and orderly transport the cups to the printing station of the turntable; the unloading system can automatically collect the printed cups to achieve fully automated production and improve production efficiency.

Workflow

• Loading: The conveyor belt transports the cup to the positioning fixture on the turntable, and the cup is accurately fixed by a robotic arm or pneumatic device to prevent displacement during printing.

• Pre-printing treatment: Some equipment is equipped with corona treatment or flame treatment devices to treat the surface of the cup to improve the adhesion of the ink on the surface of the cup and ensure the printing quality.

• Screen printing: The turntable drives the cup to pass through the printing station in turn, and the scraper moves on the screen printing plate to squeeze the ink onto the surface of the cup to form the required pattern or text.
