Working principle

    The screen descends to contact the substrate, the photoelectric sensor tracks the set color signal and transmits it to the PLC and controls the servo motor to rotate to the set color position for second color printing, realizing the color registration relationship of the two colors.

Structural composition

• Mechanical transmission system: including servo motors, gear racks, pulleys and other components, responsible for driving the precise rotation of the cylindrical substrate and the smooth movement of the printing plate, ensuring the synchronization and accuracy of each component during the printing process.

• Printing system: including screen lifting system, ink scraper and ink return knife printing action. The screen lifting and ink scraper and ink return knife actions are precisely controlled by linear guides.

The servo color tracking and positioning system is mainly composed of the following parts:

1 )Color acquisition module: Usually a photoelectric sensor is used, which is installed in a suitable position to obtain the color information of the cylinder surface. Attention should be paid to the light conditions and angle selection to ensure the image clarity and color recognition, and provide an accurate basis for subsequent processing.
2 )Image processing and analysis module: The collected image is processed, and the position and angle of the color mark and other information are identified through edge detection, color segmentation, morphological processing and other methods. Then this information is converted into coordinate and angle data that can be recognized by the servo system.
3) Servo drive and control module: According to the information transmitted by the image processing module, the servo driver sends a corresponding control signal to the servo motor to realize the tracking and positioning of the color mark and ensure the accuracy of related operations. Among them, the encoder will monitor the position and speed of the motor in real time and feed it back to the driver to form a closed-loop control and improve positioning accuracy.
