1. Pneumatic turntable workbench:

The solenoid valve accurately controls the direction and on-off of the air flow, so that the cylinder drives the turntable to rotate according to the set rhythm, and can accurately control the rotation angle to ensure accurate alignment of each station, which facilitates the smooth progress of subsequent operations.
• Metal pin block positioning structure: Metal pin blocks are set on each station of the turntable. These pin blocks are precisely matched with the corresponding positioning holes and positioning grooves on the substrate or the fixture for placing the substrate, which can firmly lock the position of the substrate. 2. Pneumatic screen up and down device:
• Cylinder assembly: The core component is the cylinder, which can provide sufficient and stable power to drive the screen to move up and down in the vertical direction. At the same time, it is equipped with high-precision guide mechanisms, such as guide rods, linear bearings, etc., to ensure that the screen maintains a linear motion state during the up and down movement, and prevent skew, jamming, etc. that affect printing.

3. Control system:
• Based on a simple single-chip microcomputer operation panel, the operator can easily control the rotation speed and pause time of the pneumatic turntable, adjust the height and speed of the pneumatic screen, and set the number of printings, the pressure of the squeegee (by adjusting the relevant mechanical structure), etc.
Working principle
First, the operator places the substrate to be printed on the loading station of the pneumatic turntable workbench, and accurately fixes the substrate with the help of the metal pin block positioning structure. Subsequently, the pneumatic screen upper and lower device controls the screen to descend, contact the substrate to start printing, and the squeegee moves on the screen printing plate according to the set pressure and direction, squeezing the ink from the graphic part of the printing plate onto the substrate to complete one printing, and the ink return plate simultaneously scrapes the excess ink back to the corresponding position on the printing plate. After printing is completed, the turntable continues to rotate and sends the substrate to the next station (such as the drying station for ink drying, or directly to the unloading station). This cycle continues until the substrate completes all processes and is taken out from the unloading station. The whole process can be repeated continuously to achieve continuous batch production.
