Working principle of pneumatic system
The pneumatic system of the pneumatic hot stamping machine is mainly composed of air pumps, cylinders, solenoid valves, pressure regulating valves and other components. The air pump generates compressed air, which is adjusted to a suitable pressure by the pressure regulating valve, and then the action of the cylinder is controlled by the solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve receives a signal from the control system and opens, compressed air enters the cylinder, pushing the piston to move, and then drives the hot stamping head to descend, exerting pressure on the substrate; when the hot stamping is completed, the solenoid valve closes, the air in the cylinder is discharged, and the hot stamping head rises back to the initial position under the action of a spring or other reset device.
Working principle of heating system
The heating system is generally composed of a heating element (such as an electric heating tube, a heating plate, etc.) and a temperature controller. When the heating element is powered on, it generates heat, so that the hot stamping head or hot stamping plate reaches the set temperature. The temperature controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the heating temperature to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set value range to ensure the consistency of the hot stamping effect.
Hot stamping process principle
Place the substrate on the workbench of the hot stamping machine, and place the hot stamping paper above the substrate, so that the pattern or text of the hot stamping paper is aligned with the part of the substrate to be hot stamped. After starting the hot stamping machine, the pneumatic system drives the hot stamping head to descend, and the heating system makes the hot stamping head reach the set temperature. Under the combined action of pressure and temperature, the glue layer of the hot stamping paper quickly melts and tightly combines with the surface of the substrate. After a short holding time, the glue is fully solidified, and the hot stamping head rises to complete the hot stamping process. At this time, the release layer on the hot stamping paper is separated from the base layer, and the glue layer, electroplating layer, color layer, etc. of the pattern or text are firmly hot stamped on the substrate.

Pneumatic system maintenance
• Check the air pressure: Before starting the machine every day, check whether the air pressure is within the normal range required by the equipment, generally 0.4 - 0.6MPa. Avoid insufficient air pressure and excessive air pressure.

Base structure︰
