2. Principles and characteristics of paper embossing

Base structure︰
1. Workbench:
It is the place where the fixture and product are placed. It is usually forged and processed from high-strength steel.
2. Pneumatic system:
It is usually composed of air source, solenoid valve, cylinder and related pneumatic components. According to the process requirements, the cylinder is controlled by the solenoid valve to perform the up and down of the hot plate and the in and out of the workbench.
3. Hot stamping system:
It is composed of a hot stamping head and a heating system. The hot stamping head is made of high-strength heat-resistant steel plate, and a heating plate or heating tube is installed inside. The temperature control system generally includes temperature sensors, temperature controllers, etc., which can monitor and adjust the temperature of the hot stamping head in real time.
4. Conveying device:
It includes the unwinding mechanism and rewinding mechanism of electroplated aluminum. The unwinding mechanism is usually composed of an unwinding shaft, a support seat and an adjusting device, etc., which is used to place and collect the hot stamping film and the thermal transfer film. The rewinding mechanism is generally composed of a rewinding shaft, a motor and a transmission device. The motor drives the rewinding shaft to rotate through the transmission device to realize the rewinding of the hot stamping material.
5. Control system:
It includes a control panel and a control circuit: The control panel is used to control the start, stop, temperature adjustment, pressure adjustment, speed adjustment and other operations of the machine. The control circuit is responsible for receiving the instructions of the control panel and converting them into control signals for the pneumatic system, heating device, conveying device and other components to achieve precise control of the entire hot stamping process.
