Working principle

• Workbench part: The three-dimensional workbench can be moved precisely in three dimensions. Through motors or pneumatic drives, the position is adjusted in the X, Y, and Z axes to accurately locate the part of the substrate that needs to be printed. This allows the pad printer to adapt to workpieces of different shapes and sizes and ensure the accuracy of the printing position.

• Ink supply part: The ink supply method is an oil cup, and the oil cup is filled with pad printing ink. When the rubber head descends into the oil cup, the special structure of the oil cup cooperates with components such as scrapers to make the rubber head evenly dip in the right amount of ink and remove excess ink, ensuring that the amount of ink carried by the rubber head is moderate and uniform, providing a stable ink source for high-quality printing.

• Rubber head control part: The forward and backward movement of the rubber head is controlled by the pneumatic system. The pneumatic device accurately controls the movement speed, stroke and force of the rubber head according to the set parameters, so that the rubber head can accurately move back and forth between the oil cup and the substrate to complete the ink dipping and transfer process.

• Automatic cleaning part: During the printing process or after a certain number of printing tasks are completed, the automatic cleaning function of the pad head is activated. Usually, the pad head is cleaned through specific cleaning devices, such as cleaning liquid spraying, wiping mechanisms, etc., to remove the ink and impurities remaining on the pad head, ensure the cleanliness of the pad head, and thus ensure the quality of the next printing.

• Operation part: Touch screen operation provides an intuitive and convenient control method. The operator can set various parameters such as the movement parameters of the three-dimensional workbench, the movement parameters of the pad head, the ink supply of the oil cup, the cleaning frequency, etc. through the touch screen, and can also monitor the working status of the pad printer to achieve precise control of the entire printing process.

• Safety door design: The safety door plays a role in protecting the operator. During the operation of the pad printer, the safety door is closed to prevent the operator from contacting moving parts and dangerous areas such as high temperature and high pressure, reducing the occurrence of accidents.
