Working principle

This screen printer prints ink onto the surface of an object through a screen. There is a pre-made pattern on the screen, and the ink is placed on one side of the screen. The ink is evenly passed through the pattern part on the screen by moving the squeegee left and right. Under the suction force generated by the precision suction workbench, the printed object (such as circuit boards, metal panels, mobile phone shells, etc.) is tightly adsorbed on the workbench to ensure the stability of the object during the printing process, so that the ink is accurately printed on the plane of the object.

Structural features

• Precision suction workbench: It can generate stable and uniform suction to ensure that printed objects such as circuit boards and mobile phone shells are firmly adsorbed on the workbench to avoid displacement during the printing process and ensure the accuracy and clarity of the printed pattern. For example, when printing fine patterns on mobile phone shells, even if the squeegee applies a certain amount of pressure, the printed object can remain motionless.

• Electric up and down of the screen: By electrically controlling the up and down movement of the screen, it is convenient to adjust the distance between the screen and the printed object to adapt to materials of different thicknesses. Moreover, the electric control is more precise, and the position can be adjusted precisely according to the printing requirements to improve the printing quality.

• Electric left and right squeegee: The electric left and right squeegee can push the ink on the screen at a uniform speed and smoothly, ensuring that the ink passes through the screen evenly. Application︰
The semi-automatic flat screen printing machine usually has three actions, the upper and lower of the screen, the left and right of the scraper and the ink return knife, and the up and down of the scraper and the ink return knife. The actions of the scraper and the ink return knife are just opposite, and it is simpler and more reliable to use pneumatic control. The up and down motion of the screen and the left and right motion of the scraper ink return knife can be controlled either pneumatically or by motor. We call the screen printing machine that uses pneumatic control for these two actions as a pneumatic screen printing machine, and the way that these two actions are controlled by a motor is called an electric screen printing machine. The precision of the electric screen printing machine is higher than that of the pneumatic screen printing machine.
In addition to the difference in control power, in order to further improve the accuracy of the screen printing machine, linear guides are also used for the guide shafts on the upper and lower sides of the screen and the left and right of the scraper, which further reduces the running error.
