Working Principle

• Hot stamping process: This manual hot stamping machine mainly applies pressure through manual operation. Place hotel supplies (such as towel labels, tableware packaging, etc.) or promotional supplies (such as flyers, posters, etc.) on the workbench and cover the hot stamping foil where hot stamping is required. Then, manually press down the handle or the pressure plate to make the hot stamping plate with a heating device in close contact with the object. The heated hot stamping plate transfers the metal coating on the hot stamping foil to the surface of the supplies, thereby completing the hot stamping.

• Temperature control: There is usually a simple temperature adjustment knob, which is used to control the temperature of the hot stamping plate by rotating the knob. The operator adjusts the hot stamping plate temperature to a suitable range according to the characteristics of different hot stamping materials (such as paper, plastic, etc.) and hot stamping foil to ensure a good hot stamping effect.

Application Scenarios

• Hotel industry: Disposable items used for hot stamping hotels (such as disposable slippers, toiletries packaging) can be printed with hotel logos, room numbers and other information; they can also be used for hot stamping of promotional items such as menus and table cards in hotel restaurants to increase beauty and class.

• Production of promotional materials for small workshops: When producing flyers, business cards, small posters and other promotional materials, highlight key information (such as company name, contact information, promotional event title, etc.) through hot stamping to attract customers' attention.
