Working principle

First, place the book color box that needs hot stamping on the conveyor belt of the substrate conveying and positioning system. After accurately fixing its position with the positioning fixture, the conveyor belt smoothly transports the book color box to the hot stamping station at the set speed. Install the concave and convex hot stamping mold, start the heating device to heat the temperature to the preset temperature. Start the hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump delivers hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder pushes the hot stamping plate down towards the book box, so that the hot stamping plate and the book box fit tightly. In the case of concave and convex three-dimensional hot stamping, according to the design requirements of the concave and convex pattern, the hydraulic system applies appropriate pressure, so that the electrochemical aluminum foil transfers the corresponding metal layer and pigment layer to the book box according to the pattern and concave and convex shape of the hot stamping plate under the dual effects of temperature and pressure, thereby forming a hot stamping pattern with a concave and convex three-dimensional effect. After the hot stamping is completed, the hydraulic system controls the hot stamping plate to rise and reset, and the conveyor belt then sends the hot stamped book box out of the hot stamping station.
