Principle

When the flat hot stamping machine performs hot stamping on gaming chips, commemorative coins, commemorative medals, etc., it mainly uses the principle of hot press transfer. The hot stamping foil is placed between the hot stamping plate and the substrate, and the hot stamping layer on the hot stamping foil is melted by heating the hot stamping plate, and then pressure is applied to transfer the melted hot stamping layer to the plane of the substrate to form a hot stamping pattern or text.

Structure

• Heating system: usually includes a heating plate or a heating rod, which is connected to the hot stamping plate, and can quickly heat up and accurately control the temperature. The general temperature can be adjusted in the range of 100℃ - 250℃ to meet the requirements of different hot stamping foils.

• Pressure system: mainly composed of cylinders or pressure levers. The cylinder generates pressure through air pressure, and the pressure lever applies pressure using mechanical principles.
