Principle

Flat small hot stamping machines mainly use the principle of hot pressing transfer. Place the hot stamping foil between the hot stamping plate and the flat surface of an object such as a mobile phone case, heat the hot stamping plate, melt the metal or pigment layer on the hot stamping foil, and then use pressure to transfer the melted layer to the surface of the object to form a hot stamping pattern or text.

Structure

• Heating system: generally composed of a heating plate or a heating rod, which can quickly heat up and accurately control the temperature to ensure that the hot stamping layer of the hot stamping foil can melt at the appropriate temperature.

• Pressure system: usually a cylinder or mechanical lever structure is used to apply pressure. The cylinder adjusts the pressure by controlling the air pressure, and the mechanical lever uses the physical principle to amplify the force so that the hot stamping plate fits tightly with the object.

• Hot stamping plate: mostly made of metals such as copper or zinc or silicone rubber, engraved with patterns or texts to be hot stamped, and its size and shape can be customized according to the size of the mobile phone case and other items.

• Workbench: used to place items such as mobile phone cases, usually equipped with a positioning device to ensure that the items are accurately positioned during the hot stamping process to ensure the accuracy of the hot stamping pattern.

Application︰
This is a plane hot stamping machine with a T-slot workbench, especially suitable for hot stamping of injection molding products with three-dimensional shapes. Base structure︰
1. Workbench:

It is the place where the fixture and product are placed. It is usually forged and processed from high-strength steel.

2. Pneumatic system:
It is usually composed of air source, solenoid valve, cylinder and related pneumatic components. According to the process requirements, the cylinder is controlled by the solenoid valve to perform the up and down of the hot plate and the in and out of the workbench.

3. Hot stamping system:
It is composed of a hot stamping head and a heating system. The hot stamping head is made of high-strength heat-resistant steel plate, and a heating plate or heating tube is installed inside. The temperature control system generally includes temperature sensors, temperature controllers, etc., which can monitor and adjust the temperature of the hot stamping head in real time.

4. Conveying device:
It includes the unwinding mechanism and rewinding mechanism of electroplated aluminum. The unwinding mechanism is usually composed of an unwinding shaft, a support seat and an adjusting device, etc., which is used to place and collect the hot stamping film and the thermal transfer film. The rewinding mechanism is generally composed of a rewinding shaft, a motor and a transmission device. The motor drives the rewinding shaft to rotate through the transmission device to realize the rewinding of the hot stamping material.

5. Control system:
It includes a control panel and a control circuit: The control panel is used to control the start, stop, temperature adjustment, pressure adjustment, speed adjustment and other operations of the machine. The control circuit is responsible for receiving the instructions of the control panel and converting them into control signals for the pneumatic system, heating device, conveying device and other components to achieve precise control of the entire hot stamping process. The control circuit generally uses PLC (programmable logic controller) or other microcontrollers as core control elements.
